• Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days from dispatch.
• A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
• Free UK Shipping: On orders over £30
• Automatically applied at checkout for qualifying orders.

International Shipping:

Customs & Duties:

Please note, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply. 

Processing Time:

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation.
• Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time:

• UK Orders: 1-3 business days from dispatch
• Europe: 5-10 business days
• Rest of World: 7-15 business days

During peak periods or unexpected courier delays, delivery times may be slightly extended. 

Tracking Your Order:

Missed Deliveries & Redelivery:

If you're not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a card with instructions for collection from your local sorting office or instructions to schedule a redelivery.

Lost or Delayed Parcels:
