Returns & Refunds Policy
At Lucky Bird Forever, we want you to love your purchase and feel confident in your experience. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Change of Mind – Online Orders
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To be eligible:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item(s), and return them within a further 14 days.
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
- Original delivery charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return:
Please email us at info@luckybirdforever.co.uk with your order number and reasoning for return. We'll provide next steps and the return address.
We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked service for peace of mind, as you're responsible for the return until it reaches us.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including any delivery charges.
Items Exempt from Returns:
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used hair oils, supplements or serums, unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
